Timber colour and characteristic variation: As timber is a natural material there will always be a slight colour variation, knots or marks showing the character of the timber. Variations will not be accepted as a reason to exchange or refund by Hunt

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled in writing within 48 hours of placing order. Change of mind won't be accepted as a reason for cancellation. 

Changes to your order: Changes will need to be requested immediately as as soon as production has commenced changes cannot be made.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

Timber

As timber is sealed, the only maintenance required is to regularly wipe timber with a damp cloth to remove dust and dirt. Oils or other polishes are not recommended. Do not wet down or leave spills to sit on timber surfaces. Avoid contact with liquid, heat and keep out of direct/reflective sunlight. Abrasive cleaning products are not recommended.

Metal

Regularly wipe metal with a soft clean cloth to remove particles which can abrade the surface with wear. Avoid contact with liquid, heat and direct sunlight. Abrasive cleaning products are not recommended.

Copper and plated finishes

Variations and blemishes are a part of the natural characteristics of these finishes.  These items are hand polished and sealed however some oxidisations is to be expected in some light.
