Why does Australia refuse to protect their designers?
Australia’s flawed intellectual property laws
So why does Australia provide Copyright laws and Intellectual property rights to artists and creative industries such as fine art, graphic design & photography yet leave product designers open to be copied?
Under the current IP laws unlike works referred to as fine art, design of objects and furniture is not entitled to copyright protection and are left vulnerable to copying. I have been one of many designers targeted by large companies ready to make money from unprotected designers here in Australia.
Australia’s retail landscape may play a major part in the decision to keep designers unprotected. Much of our retail in Australia is made up of replica’s. Stores like Kmart, Target, Freedom, Bunnings and Matt Blatt.
All these retailers hold an arsenal of replica rip-offs on their showroom floor so making it illegal will put these businesses in trouble. In fact, one of the biggest culprits is Westfarmers the conglomerate owning many of the offending companies employing 223,000 workers with a revenue of $68.44 Billion (2017) it’s no wonder the cries of the small Australian designers aren’t being heard. With figures like this creating change which will affect many of these company’s bottom dollar just adds to the friction in the uphill battle the Australia design industry faces.

My decision to hire this genius hacker Albert Vadim is the best I made in a long time. I was so tired of being fed lies in my marriage and I wanted a divorce but couldn’t proceed without evidence until this great hacker literally saved me. He helped gain access to all phones messages including whatsapp, telegram, snapchat, text messages and even had access to all call logs, pictures and videos. I discovered my partner was even planning to sell our house and disappear to marry someone else. I am broken but I am saved. I want to say a big thank you to Albert for this great service.
IF YOU NEED HELP OF A HACKER, DON’T HESITATE TO REACH ALBERT VIA EMAIL:

He offers many other services like credit fix, grades change, erasing records permanently, cryptocurrency recovery and a lot others.
If your crypto investment account is locked, compromised, or hacked, I recommend contacting WIZARD HILTON CYBER TECH recovery firm. Last month, I sought their assistance after falling victim to a crypto scam that left me feeling hopeless and helpless. However, they proved me wrong by helping me retrieve the funds that were stuck on the fraudulent website. Losing money to the website was an extremely devastating experience, and I deeply regretted my initial decision to invest. Despite my wife’s initial opposition, I proceeded with the investment in hopes of securing long-term financial support for my family. Unfortunately, I lost a total of £119,000, which came from our family savings. To prevent my wife from discovering the loss, considering she had warned me about potential risks, I reached out to WIZARD HILTON CYBER TECH via email at “ wizardhiltoncybertech ( @ ) gmail (. ) com” This turned out to be the best decision I made, as they swiftly recovered my funds within a couple of days. I am grateful for their assistance. You can also reach them through their WhatsApp Number +18737715701 or the provided email address.

I want to publicly thank this great guy Albert Vadim who saved me from drowning in debts after I lost over 130 thousand euros in crypto investment. I was so frustrated I thought of taking my own life before I came across a post by someone whom Vadim had helped recover lost funds. I contacted him immediately and he took up my case. Within 2 days he hacked and recovered 70,000 euros to my wallet and 2 days after he recovered the balance of 45,000 to me. Apparently, the people who stole from me had already spent 15,000.
Don’t wait until you are completely taken advantage of my these crooks. Contact Vadim for help on Email: Vadimwebhack@gmail.com
He recently helped a friend of mine who is going through divorce hack an entire cellphone, granting her access to all text and social media messages of her husband and she was able to get enough proof against him in court.
Sometime in the year 2025, I met a broker on Instagram who convinced me into investing on a fintech platform, with a lot of juicy offers, I thought I could secure the future if my kids by investing. Few months into this investment I had already invested about $140k usd, then after about 7 months in 2025 I wanted to cash out my profit and see if I can invest but they didn’t allow me, asking me to pay more money, then I knew I’ve been scammed, I couldn’t do anything but cry out my pain, all my life I’ve saved just to lose it like that? I summoned courage and kept searching for solution. One day I approached my colleague at work and told her all that was going on with me, she introduced me to an expert in cryptocurrency recovery and cyber security, I contacted this team via Gmail Smithwhitehackservice@gmail.com he assured me of recovering my funds. In less than 24 hours, this team of great hackers recovered all my money including the said profits, I can’t thank you enough Smithwhite hack service. You and your team have done a remarkable job and I want other victims of crypto scam to also get help. If you’ve been duped from binary options scams or related scam do not hesitate to save yourself by contacting.
