Why does Australia refuse to protect their designers?
Australia’s flawed intellectual property laws
So why does Australia provide Copyright laws and Intellectual property rights to artists and creative industries such as fine art, graphic design & photography yet leave product designers open to be copied?
Under the current IP laws unlike works referred to as fine art, design of objects and furniture is not entitled to copyright protection and are left vulnerable to copying. I have been one of many designers targeted by large companies ready to make money from unprotected designers here in Australia.
Australia’s retail landscape may play a major part in the decision to keep designers unprotected. Much of our retail in Australia is made up of replica’s. Stores like Kmart, Target, Freedom, Bunnings and Matt Blatt.
All these retailers hold an arsenal of replica rip-offs on their showroom floor so making it illegal will put these businesses in trouble. In fact, one of the biggest culprits is Westfarmers the conglomerate owning many of the offending companies employing 223,000 workers with a revenue of $68.44 Billion (2017) it’s no wonder the cries of the small Australian designers aren’t being heard. With figures like this creating change which will affect many of these company’s bottom dollar just adds to the friction in the uphill battle the Australia design industry faces.

My Bitcoin Recovery Experience with Cloudstrike Cybersecurity
A few weeks ago, I made what I thought was an irreversible mistake — I accidentally sent about $117,000 worth of Bitcoin to the wrong wallet address. It was supposed to be used for a major purchase, but one typo changed everything. The moment I hit “send” and realized what had happened, my heart sank. I honestly felt like my world was falling apart. That money was everything I had.
Like many people, I’d always heard that crypto transactions are final and basically impossible to recover. I started reading forums, asking around, and all I saw were messages telling me there was nothing I could do. It felt hopeless.
Then I came across a company called Cloudstrike Cybersecurity . I’ll admit — I was skeptical at first. It just sounded too good to be true, but I figured I had nothing to lose. I contacted them through their email[Cloudstrikecyber@gmail.com]
To my surprise, they responded quickly and professionally. They asked for all the relevant transaction details — the wallet address I sent the Bitcoin from, the one I sent it to, the transaction ID, and a few other things. I sent it all over, still unsure if anything would come of it.
But within 48 hours, they got back to me with incredible news: they had tracked down the transaction and recovered my funds. I couldn’t believe it. I actually had to reread the email a few times to let it sink in. They guided me step by step and transferred the recovered Bitcoin back to my wallet. I was in shock — and honestly, beyond grateful.
I never thought recovery like this was even possible, but Cloudstrike Cybersecurity proved me wrong. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, I highly recommend reaching out to them. They truly saved me.

How I Lost $135,000 in Crypto—and Recovered It
I never imagined I’d lose $135,000 in USDT with one small mistake. But that’s exactly what happened when I accidentally sent the funds to the wrong wallet address—one with no history, no identity, and no way to reach.
The moment I realized it, I felt sick. I refreshed the transaction over and over, hoping it was a mistake. It wasn’t. The money was gone, and every crypto user knows the rule that blockchain transactions can’t be reversed.
I fell into despair. It felt like the end of everything I had worked for. And then, I was introduced to a cybersecurity firm called SPYHOST.
Skeptical but desperate, I reached out. What followed blew me away. Their team was professional, calm, and impressively equipped. They didn’t promise miracles, but they took action. Using advanced tools and forensic techniques, they tracked the funds, traced the wallet activity, and within 48 hours, my crypto was fully recovered.
I never thought recovery in crypto was possible until it happened to me. SPYHOST didn’t just bring back my funds; they gave me peace, clarity, and a second chance.

My name is Martha, and I never thought I’d be the victim of a crypto scam, but life has a way of humbling you. A few months ago, I invested a huge chunk of my savings, decades of hard-earned money into what seemed like a promising crypto platform. The slick website, glowing testimonials, and a charming advisor convinced me to transfer 15 Bitcoin, into their wallet. Days later, the platform vanished, my funds were gone, and I was left with nothing but regret. Desperate, I turned to the internet, scouring forums and posts on X for help. That’s when I stumbled across Alpha Spy Nest, a shadowy group of cyber-recovery experts specializing in crypto fraud. Their reputation was murky but promising whispers of successful recoveries and a no-nonsense approach. I reached out through their encrypted portal, half-expecting a scam. Within hours, they responded, asking for details: transaction IDs, wallet addresses, and screenshots of my interactions with the scammers. Alpha Spy Nest operated in the dark corners of the web, using a mix of blockchain forensics, social engineering, and unconventional methods to track lost crypto. They traced my Bitcoin to a series of obfuscated wallets, likely controlled by an offshore syndicate. The team deployed advanced chain-analysis tools to follow the funds, pinpointing a weak link in the scammers’ network, a poorly secured exchange account in Eastern Europe.Over weeks, Alpha Spy Nest worked tirelessly, infiltrating the scammers’ digital trails. And then i received a message, we’ve got a lead. They’d recovered 12 of my 15 Bitcoin, transferred to a secure wallet they set up for me. The rest, they said, was likely gone forever, but I was overjoyed. My savings were partially restored, and I felt a weight lift. I never met them, but they gave me, back hope and a lesson, the crypto world is a jungle, but sometimes, even in the dark, there are allies.
