Why does Australia refuse to protect their designers?

Australia’s flawed intellectual property laws

So why does Australia provide Copyright laws and Intellectual property rights to artists and creative industries such as fine art, graphic design & photography yet leave product designers open to be copied?

Under the current IP laws unlike works referred to as fine art, design of objects and furniture is not entitled to copyright protection and are left vulnerable to copying. I have been one of many designers targeted by large companies ready to make money from unprotected designers here in Australia.

Australia’s retail landscape may play a major part in the decision to keep designers unprotected.  Much of our retail in Australia is made up of replica’s. Stores like Kmart, Target, Freedom, Bunnings and Matt Blatt.

All these retailers hold an arsenal of replica rip-offs on their showroom floor so making it illegal will put these businesses in trouble. In fact, one of the biggest culprits is Westfarmers the conglomerate owning many of the offending companies employing 223,000 workers with a revenue of $68.44 Billion (2017) it’s no wonder the cries of the small Australian designers aren’t being heard.  With figures like this creating change which will affect many of these company’s bottom dollar just adds to the friction in the uphill battle the Australia design industry faces.

HOW CAN I RECLAIM MY STOLEN USDT/BITCOIN CONNECT WITH DIGITAL TECH GUARD RECOVERY

It was a rainy evening in 2017 when I first dipped my toes into the world of cryptocurrency. Excited by the buzz around Bitcoin, I bought a few coins on a whim, stashing them in a digital wallet. Back then, I was careless—my password was a mix of my birthday and pet’s name. Life moved on; jobs changed, moves happened, and that wallet faded into memory. Fast forward to 2023. Bitcoin’s value skyrocketed, and a news alert jolted me: my forgotten investment could be worth a fortune! Panic set in as I scoured old hard drives and emails, but the wallet was locked behind a lost passphrase. Thousands in Bitcoin, vanished into the blockchain ether. I felt like a fool, scammed by my own forgetfulness. Forums warned of irreversible losses, and shady recovery ads popped up everywhere, promising miracles but delivering heartbreak. Desperate, I researched legit services and stumbled upon Digital Tech Guard Recovery. Skeptical at first—their site boasted advanced forensic tools and ethical hackers—I reached out. Their team, led by a sharp analyst named Nas Jones, listened patiently. “We’ve recovered millions in lost crypto,” Nas Jones assured me. They used cutting-edge software to scan blockchain traces, bypassing no private keys but leveraging wallet recovery protocols. The process was meticulous: I provided transaction IDs and old emails. Within weeks, their AI-driven tools reconstructed my seed phrase from fragmented data backups I didn’t even know existed. Security was paramount—they used encrypted channels and never asked for funds upfront. One crisp morning, an email arrived: “Recovery successful.” Logging in, there it was—my Bitcoin, intact and transferable. Tears welled up; it wasn’t just money, but a lesson in digital vigilance. Digital Tech Guard Recovery turned my nightmare into triumph, proving tech guardians do exist in the crypto wild west. Contact with WhatsApp: +14438592886
